Responsibilities include machine preparation, treatment initiation and monitoring, and participating in ongoing training and education to maintain compliance with protocols and regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Must be comfortable mixing acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment and gather patient stats before and after treatment.
• Prepare machines for hemodialysis treatments, monitor patients, and collect samples as ordered.
• Clean and disinfect machines after treatment and log safety checks.
• Follow safety measures, company policies, and state/federal regulations; attend staff meetings and continuing education.
