Job summary

A dedicated caregiving service is seeking a compassionate Care Partner in Laguna Niguel, CA, to provide in-home support for a patient transitioning to home dialysis. This role ensures consistent one-on-one attention, assisting with treatment setup and maintaining safety and comfort. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of dialysis experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while being part of a supportive clinical team. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of dialysis experience (home or clinic).
• Familiarity with home dialysis systems preferred (NxStage, Tablo is a plus).
• Must pass a Herewith background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dialysis treatment setup (NxStage or Tablo dialysis machine).
• Keep the treatment environment clean, organized, and safe.
• Offer companionship and emotional reassurance.
