Qualifications

• Prior delivery or courier experience preferred.
• Valid state driver's license with clean driving record.
• 25+ years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Comfortable operating a delivery van.
• Ability to obtain MMCC agent registration badge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time delivery of products to patients and customers.
• Provide accurate information about product types, methods and efficacy (non-medical advice).
• Collect and count payments upon delivery.
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate and support order deliveries.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the delivery process.
• Restock delivery inventory bins and conduct audits as required.
• Communicate clearly with patients/customers on the day of delivery.
• Report updates or concerns to management promptly.
• Verify daily delivery finances and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain delivery software/tools and conduct manifest audits.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

• Ability to apply for an agent registration badge with the MMCC.
• Compliance with all industry laws, regulations and policies.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Experience in commercial or work‑related delivery driving.

Physical and Mental Demands

Frequent stationary work, occasional lifting of packages up to 25 lb, standing for up to 90% of the shift, and moderate noise levels. Requires close visual observation and the ability to focus. These requirements represent the typical duties of the position.
