Bob’s Discount Furniture is hiring Retail Sales Associates to join a fun, team-oriented environment. You’ll help customers realize their home design dreams while delivering world-class service in a high-energy setting.

We offer an hourly advance with uncapped commissions, paid time off, medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k), and a profit-sharing plan. Typical first-year earnings range from $45,000 to $65,000.

Qualifications

• Energetic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.
• Physical demands: stand for long periods and move in showroom.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in designing and selecting home furniture that fits their space and style.
• Deliver world-class customer service in a low-pressure environment.
