Qualifications

• Experience with hauling flatbed, step deck or related freight is a plus.
• No serious traffic violations in past 3–5 years.
• Pass pre-employment and random drug testing per DOT.
• Physical stamina for loading and securing freight.
• Strong communication with dispatchers and customers.
• Familiarity with the company dispatch software.
• Criminal background check cleared.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• Commitment to safety standards.
