Woodgrain is hiring a tractor-trailer driver for routes servicing customers in Saco, Maine. The role requires interstate trucking experience, a valid Class C license, and adherence to DOT guidelines. Drivers are responsible for safe loading, delivery, and completing paperwork with customers, while maintaining vehicle hygiene and compliance.

The position offers hourly pay of $25–$28 with overtime eligibility and quarterly incentives, with routes typically Monday to Friday and drivers home nightly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18 months verifiable interstate tractor trailer experience within the last 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in past 3 years and no more than 3 in past 7 years.
• No Reckless driving; no DUI in past 7 years; No at-fault DOT accidents in past 3 years.
• Valid Class C License required.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor/trailer per company policies, DOT guidelines, and traffic laws.
• Perform pre-/post-trip inspections and secure cargo.
• Deliver products according to route and schedule; obtain customer signatures for POD.
• Open/close trailer curtains and doors at customer locations for unloading.
• Visually inspect product for accuracy and quality during unloading.
• Report issues to dispatcher and maintain clean, professional appearance.
• Attend safety meetings and maintain equipment and vehicle.
