Job summary

FreshPoint Pittsburgh, a Sysco Company, is hiring delivery drivers to operate daily routes with frequent stops. You will load and unload products at stops, work an early morning shift starting between 12:00am-4:00am, and be home daily. Responsibilities include cross-dock handling, hand-truck loading, and ensuring accurate deliveries.

The role requires ability to lift up to 100 lbs, adherence to safety rules, and strong customer service skills. Training and benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.
Runs routes efficiently, meeting or exceeding designated route times
Unload product from trailer, by hand or using a hand cart, and place in designated customer storage areas.
Frequently lift, push, or move product that weighs 1-75 pounds, up to 100 pounds; stack pallets and use hand cart.
Verify delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures.
Communicate all errors/returns to management.
Handle customer complaints professionally.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT regulations.
