Andersen Corporation in Totowa, NJ is seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver to safely transport and deliver windows and doors to dealers, distribution centers, and construction sites. You will handle loading/unloading and be the face of the company, providing excellent customer service and compliance with safety standards.
The role requires a valid Class A CDL, recent Pup trailer experience, and 2 years of tractor-trailer driving experience including winter driving.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License.
- Recent Pup trailer experience REQUIRED.
- 2 years tractor-trailer driving experience including winter driving.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and hours of service.
- Satisfactory pass drug test and clean MVR.
Responsabilités
- Safely assist in loading and unloading windows and doors to customers' location and/or return products.
- Perform frequent lifting, pulling, pushing, and carrying of windows and doors of varying weights.
- Drive truck to destinations in accordance with Federal regulations.
- Maintain records required for compliance with State and Federal regulations including driver logs and mileage records.
- Represent Andersen professionally to customers.
- Answer questions about packing lists, invoices, packaging, and material content.
