Job summary

BFS is hiring a Class A or B CDL Driver to serve local customers with a home-daily schedule, Monday through Friday. The role offers a competitive hourly wage and a strong benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, time off, and holidays.

The position emphasizes safety, customer service, and reliable delivery of materials using a 24' flatbed or box van, with optional forklift operation depending on the route.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, 21+ years old, valid driver's license and a class B CDL license.
• A minimum of 1 year of delivery driving experience. 2 years of CDL driving experience strongly preferred.
• Pass MVR report and obtain a DOT medical card within five days of request.
• Ability to read and speak the English language.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders to specified delivery site and assist with unloading as needed.
• Operate 24' flatbed/box van delivery vehicles and maintain safe driving practices.
• Maintain logs of deliveries, verify invoices for accuracy, and ensure proper loading/unloading procedures.
• Serve as a customer service liaison and address customer concerns professionally.
• Perform safety checks on delivery vehicles and comply with DVIR and HOS requirements.
