Job summary

SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is seeking an experienced Mixer Operator to deliver ready-mix concrete to commercial and residential sites in Smyrna, TN. Holders of Class A or B CDL with a current DOT medical card are encouraged to apply, with a focus on safety, service, and dependable performance.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL with current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in all weather conditions.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks for vehicle safety.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
