Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip inspection per MPC policy and DOT regulations.
• Check truck/trailer for operating condition and required equipment.
• Note inspections and deficiencies on the form.
• Drive tank truck/tractor to transport product safely and efficiently.
• Follow all applicable laws and MPC SOPs for loading/offloading.
• Perform post-trip inspection per MPC policy and DOT regulations.
• Complete regulatory and customary paperwork.
• Ensure equipment is ready for next shift.
• Communicate incidents including safety and environmental concerns per procedures.
• Report equipment issues promptly.
• Adhere to all safety rules and DOT regulations.
