Job summary

Tevis Energy is seeking an Energy Delivery Driver to serve as the company’s customer-facing representative delivering heating oil to residential and commercial tanks. Local deliveries and home daily routes are typical. The role requires attention to safety and accurate paperwork.

The position involves operating a tanker truck, loading/unloading, DOT compliance, and daily pre/post-trip inspections. CDL B with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements is required or obtainable, with on-site training as

Qualifications

• 1-3 years driving experience preferred
• Class B CDL required (Hazmat/Tanker endorsements preferred)
• Clean driving record with DOT compliance
• Strong customer service focus and safety awareness
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate in all weather conditions
• Ability to back truck into driveways and follow safety procedures

Responsibilities

• Deliver heating oil to residential and commercial tanks.
• Maintain DOT physical card, Hazmat and Class B CDL license compliance.
• Adhere to safety regulations and complete training on schedule.
• Load/unload tanker truck (2800-4500 gallons).
• Maintain accurate paperwork and digital records (load tickets, manifests).
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and keep truck clean.
