Job summary

Pratt Industries in Conyers, GA is seeking a dedicated Class A CDL driver to join our recycling operations. You will safely operate a tractor-trailer, perform DOT inspections, and complete daily pickups and deliveries.

This role offers home daily schedule, modern equipment, year-round work, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off. Prior driving experience and a clean DOT record are expected.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and ability to meet DOT requirements.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience with a safe driving record.
• Commitment to safety and professionalism as a driver.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer.
• Complete daily pickups and deliveries.
• Perform DOT-required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Drop and hook trailers as needed.
• Ensure loads are properly secured and tarped when required.
• Communicate with supervisors and dispatch regarding route status.
• Follow all DOT, company, and safety requirements.
