Job summary

Kuperus Trucking Inc. is hiring Class A CDL drivers to operate out of Jenison/Grand Rapids, MI. Runs stay within a 250-mile radius of Grand Rapids, covering the Chicago suburbs, northern Indiana and eastern Michigan.

You are home daily and off on weekends. Pay ranges from $75,000–$100,000+ per year based on experience (average around $89,000), plus $100–$300 weekly incentives, monthly safety bonuses, a $1,000 weekly transition pay for the first two weeks, and paid weekly.

• CDL Class A required.
• At least 1 year of driving experience preferred.

• Operate as a Class A CDL driver within a 250-mile radius of Grand Rapids.
• Ensure on-time delivery with no-touch freight where applicable.

Pay

• $75,000 - $100,000+ per year based on experience (average pay is $89,000)
• $100 - $300 per week from revenue and safety incentives
• Monthly incentives for safe driving and low idle
• Minimum weekly pay of $1,000
• $1,000 per week transition pay for your first two weeks
• Paid weekly

Schedule

• 10 to 12 hours, Monday to Friday
• Home daily, off on weekends
• Consistent start times

Freight and Equipment

• 2021 model or newer trucks
• 100% no-touch freight
• 70% drop and hook
• 90% to 95% of the time your outbound load picks up at the same place
