Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America, Inc. is seeking a driver to operate DFA tank trailers, transporting raw milk from farms to processing plants in Idaho. You will follow dispatch schedules, perform safe driving, and maintain quality control samples as required.

The role requires a Class A CDL with tanker endorsement; doubles/triples endorsement preferred. This is a home-daily, full-time position offering competitive pay, OT opportunities, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Class A CDL in residence state
• Tanker endorsement and doubles/triples endorsement required or ability to obtain
• Minimum 1 year of CDL A driving experience
• Ability to read, write English and perform basic math

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with DOT and DFA safety policies
• Take quality control samples at farms and measure milk loaded
• Minimize idle times and conserve fuel
• Maintain positive communications with producers, customers, and employees
• Represent DFA positively and professionally
