Qualifications

• CDL Class A required
• No serious tickets or accidents in last 5 years
• Must pass physical and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Deliver Prairie Farms products to customers and distribution locations
• Learn routes and cover when other drivers are out
• Complete a daily truck log as needed
• Load and unload dairy products at the plant if needed
• Use a hand truck or dolly
• Understand route and required paperwork
• Utilize GPS for efficient, safe routing
• Build a good relationship with customers, other drivers and vendors
• Observe and report equipment or mechanical failures immediately
• Coordinate truck repairs as needed
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections before driving on a route
