Job summary

Universal Logistics Holdings is seeking skilled Owner/Operator Truck Drivers for home-daily routes out of our Jacksonville, FL area. You will handle intermodal container moves with responsibility for timely, safe freight delivery and compliance with DOT standards.

The position requires a CDL A, minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience, and a clean driving and background record. No forced dispatch; Monday–Friday schedules and competitive weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ of tractor-trailer experience in the last year.
• CDL A license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT Compliant 2005 or newer tractor.
• No DUI/OWI in the last 5 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Pass physical/drug screen.
• Criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain home-daily delivery schedule.
• Haul intermodal containers as required.
• Runs to Orlando, Gainesville, Jacksonville, or the port of Savannah.
• Ensure safe and timely delivery of freight.
