Job summary

C.R. England is seeking a CDL-A Local Driver based in Shafter, CA. You will run a Walmart dedicated lane, delivering no-touch freight throughout Southern California and be home daily. The role requires a valid CDL-A and at least 3 months of Class A experience, and it’s not intended for students or new graduates.

Typically 2-3 stops per load, with backhauls back to the distribution center. Expect afternoon to evening departures, with home time daily and two consecutive days off weekly.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A with at least 3 months of Class A CDL experience.
• Lane is not suitable for students, recent grads, or trainees.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all no-touch freight from Shafter to locations throughout Southern California.
• Average 2-3 stops with backhaul to the DC.
• Home Daily with typically 2 consecutive days off per week.
