10-4 Truck Recruiting is seeking a Class A CDL Solo Truck Driver for a local, home-daily route on a dedicated account. The role offers DAY/NIGHT shifts with no-touch freight and weekly direct deposit pay.

Qualified candidates must be at least 21, have 6 months tractor-trailer experience, and a clean background. Additional incentives include monthly performance bonuses and a tuition reimbursement program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 6 months tractor-trailer experience.
• Clean criminal background in last 7 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in last 2 years.
• No 15 mph over speeding tickets in last 12 months.
• No more than 6 jobs in last 3 years; self-employment verifiable.
• No DUI/DWI; not terminated from last trucking position.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer for local, home-daily runs on a dedicated account.
• Adhere to day and night shift options and schedule.
• Follow safety protocols and DOT regulations; no touch freight.
• Maintain professional conduct and reliable on-time deliveries.
• Receive weekly pay and participate in performance bonuses.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 21 Years of Age
• 6 MONTHS TRACTOR TRAILEREXPERIENCE experience necessary
• No Sap drivers
• Clean criminal background in the last 7 years.
• No more than 2 MV's in the last 2 years
• No 15 mph over speeding tickets in the last 12 months
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years -self employment has to be verifiable
• Can't be terminated from the last trucking positionNo DUI/DWI
