Job summary

Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Oshkosh, WI with a home-daily route to NE Wisconsin and Upper Peninsula Michigan. Expect a 50+ hour workweek, on-time pay, and a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.

The role offers a weekly average pay of about $1,500, with sign-on, tenure bonuses, paid training, and a robust benefits package after 30 days, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. Start time typically 6:00 AM and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test.
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Pass a Ryder road test.
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position.
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle: 9 months past 3 years, 2 years past 5 years, or 5 years past 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with federal/state laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Detecting and eliminating safety hazards; maintaining logs.
• Loading/unloading freight or assisting with loading/unloading if required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
