Job summary

Caruso-USA in Smyrna, TN is seeking an experienced CDL-A Driver to join our team and support home daily routes to the Atlanta, GA or Memphis, TN areas. Weekend work is required and routes are rotated.

You will operate commercial vehicles, complete inspections, manage cargo, comply with DOT rules, document deliveries, and communicate with dispatch and customers. Must have 9 months of verifiable CDL-A driving experience in the last 3 years.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL in good standing.
• Clean driving record with no recent major violations.
• DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate current.
• Compliance with pre-employment and ongoing drug/alcohol testing.
• Ability to use electronic logs, GPS, and dispatch apps.

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL-A vehicles on regional and long-distance routes.
• Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections.
• Verify manifests and assist with loading/unloading cargo.
• Follow DOT regulations including ELD and HOS.
• Record delivery times, mileage, fuel receipts, and signoffs.
• Maintain professional communication with dispatch and customers.
