• No more than 1 on-road or DOT preventable loss in last 2 years; no major preventable accidents in last 5 years.
• No DUI/DWI within the past 10 years if offense occurred while CDL-A or within past 5 years if prior to CDL-A.
• Must live within 45 miles from Harrisburg, PA.
