Clayton Homes is seeking a Home Building Team Member to support the production process in our Tennessee-based facilities. You will follow standard methods, work with teammates to meet quality and productivity targets, and adhere to safe work practices on the line.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Versatility to transfer into various departments.
• Clear and effective communication.
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings greatly desired.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe work habits to ensure production is efficient and safe while observing OSHA regulations.
• Work in a team environment to produce products that conform to our quality standards while achieving our productivity objectives.
• Serve as a good steward of our company’s physical assets, protecting them from damage and misuse, reporting maintenance needs, keeping areas clean.
• Assist Team Leader and Area Coordinator to plan and organize manufacturing activities, communicating material shortages and quality issues.
• Perform other duties assigned.
