Yes! Air Conditioning Heating Plumbing Electric is hiring Retail Sales Associates to represent ARS inside major home improvement retail locations by introducing customers to our home comfort solutions, energy-saving upgrades, and indoor air quality services.

Starting pay is $19–$21 per hour with commission, and weekly direct deposit pay. Paid training and flexible scheduling apply; no HVAC experience required. Weekend availability is helpful, with growth into Comfort Advisor roles.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Introduce customers to home comfort solutions and services.
• Engage shoppers with energy efficiency and IAQ topics.
• Schedule free in-home consultations.
• Enter customer information and bookings for ARS specialists.
• Represent ARS with a positive store presence.
• Support in-store promotions with management and team.
