Southern Home Services is seeking a dynamic Home Comfort Advisor / Outside Sales Professional to join Fox Service Company, a Southern Home Services Company, in Austin. You will drive door-to-door and in-home sales, presenting HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions and closing deals while building lasting customer relationships.

No prior industry experience? We provide comprehensive training and industry knowledge to help you succeed, with a focus on work-life balance and earning potential

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2C sales experience preferred
• Ability to travel to customer locations and meet in-person
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends to maximize sales opportunities

Responsibilities

• Interact with new, current and previous customers to present home comfort solutions
• Explain and demonstrate options to save on utilities and improve home comfort
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
• Partner with service technicians to tailor recommendations for homes

We are seeking a dynamic Home Comfort Advisor / Outside Sales Professional to join our vibrant business, where we value work-life balance and genuinely care about our employees. No prior experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical industries? Don’t worry! We offer top-notch training and expert industry knowledge to help you excel. Your role will involve collaborating with service technicians to present and recommend the best equipment and service options for our customers' homes.

In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For

• Interacting and engaging with new, current, and previous customers with solutions for their home comfort to help us build customers for life.
• Efficiently communicating during in-home conversations; helping homeowners find solutions to save money on utilities and future repairs while improving the comfort and air quality in their homes.
• Conducting follow-up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate a future referral base.

Required Qualifications

• A proven history of achieving and exceeding sales goals, showcasing a strong track record in driving results.
• Outstanding ability to build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers, enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Proficient with PC and adept at using technology sales tools to streamline processes and drive sales effectiveness.
• Willing and able to travel to customer locations for in-person meetings, providing personalized service and fostering direct connections.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends to accommodate customer needs and maximize sales opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of business to consumer sales- prior industry experience not REQUIRED
• Strong drive to sell to customers and help solve their needs

The Physical Requirements Of This Job Include

• Perform work while sitting and/or standing at an individual work station or office
• Communicate verbally via phone or other communication device.
• Ability to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone
• Use hands to type, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
