Clayton is seeking a Home Consultant to guide customers through floor plans, options, and the home building process. You will coordinate construction, schedule visits, present display homes, and convert leads into appointments while maintaining high brand standards.

The role emphasizes relationship-driven sales, strong communication, and teamwork, with a base salary of $50k plus a lucrative commission plan and full benefits. Applicants should be able to work Saturdays and lift items up to 75 lbs.
