Assisting Hands Home Care in the Bay Area is seeking caring professionals to provide companionship and reliable home care services across multiple communities, supporting clients to live independently at home.

The role requires 1–2 years of caregiving experience, a valid driver’s license, and CPR certification. We offer weekly scheduling flexibility, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package to help you thrive in a compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years professional caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, memory care, hospital, rehab, or family care.
• Compassionate with reliable work history
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• High School diploma or GED required
• Current CPR certification and TB test/chest X-ray (due upon hire)

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
• Assist with daily living activities such as grooming, dressing, and meal preparation
• Offer medication reminders, help with errands, laundry, and light housekeeping
• Support personal care including bathing, mobility, feeding, and incontinence care
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands
