Job summary

Griswold is a nationally recognized non-medical home care agency with a network of over 250 locations nationwide. Our local Arizona team, which has grown for over 16 years, proudly assists post-discharge patients, veterans, and seniors across the valley in the comfort of their homes.

We are hiring experienced caregivers to provide in-home care for seniors, starting at $18.50–$20.00 per hour for premium 4-6 hour shifts, with shifts available across the valley.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional senior care experience.
• Compassionate, detail-oriented and driven individual.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist with transfers.
• Pass a criminal background check, CPR & First Aid, TB clearance.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care for seniors, assisting with daily living activities.
• Follow personalized care plans and safety protocols.
• Monitor health status and communicate changes to supervisors.
• Engage clients with conversation and activities to promote well-being.
