Flat Irons Flex Care is seeking caring caregivers to support clients in Longmont, Colorado. Both full-time and part-time positions are available with flexible scheduling.

No prior caregiving experience is required; we welcome compassionate, reliable helpers who are eager to learn. Candidates should have reliable transportation and be punctual, with a strong ability to follow individualized care plans and maintain safety and dignity for clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform light housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, tidying living spaces).

• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities.
• Assist with personal care tasks, including standby assistance for bathing, grooming, and hair care.
• Monitor and report any changes in client health, mood, or well-being.
