Visiting Angels - Acton is seeking reliable and compassionate Caregivers to support seniors and adults with disabilities in their own homes.

You will provide one-on-one companionship, personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and help with daily living activities, documenting care via a smartphone.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, caregiver experience, a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; ability to lift up to 25 pounds; background check required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CNA/LNA certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Pass criminal background check; able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Experience caring for seniors/disabled is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide one-on-one companionship.
• Assist with personal care tasks as needed.
• Aid bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
• Meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and shopping.

Responsibilities

• One-on-one companionship
• Personal care assistance
• Bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Errands and grocery shopping
• Transportation to appointments
• Assistance with daily living activities
• Electronic documentation using a smartphone

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Professional or personal senior/disabled adult caregiving experience preferred
• CNA/LNA certification is a plus
• Dementia/Alzheimer's experience is a plus
• Dependable, compassionate, patient, and professional
• Must enjoy helping others
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle
• Active automobile insurance required
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Comfortable using a smartphone for clock-in/out and documentation
