Job summary

BrightCare HomeCare in Mandeville, LA seeks a Caregiver (Certified Nursing Assistant) to deliver in-home care to clients with disabilities or mobility challenges. You will assist with daily living activities, meals, and monitoring vital signs, while promoting independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA certification in Louisiana.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily living assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Assisting with meal preparation, feeding and hydration.
• Monitoring and reporting client vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, oxygen saturation).
• Creating a safe and comforting environment, promoting independence and dignity.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
