In this role, you'll oversee a caseload of clients and caregivers throughout Portland(Washington County) while partnering closely with our Tigard office team. You'll serve as a leader, mentor, and problem solver, ensuring caregivers have the support they need to deliver outstanding care while maintaining compliance, quality, and operational excellence.
