Caring Angels Home Care, LLC is seeking a full-time Scheduling Coordinator for our Great Neck, Long Island office. The role focuses on coordinating home care solutions, communicating with referrals, families, clients, and providers to ensure excellent service.

Responsibilities include planning caregiver coverage and maintaining high customer satisfaction. The position is in-person with standard weekday hours (Mon-Fri 9:00-5:30).

Qualifications

• Experience using HHA Exchange is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with referral sources, family members, clients and healthcare providers to plan home health coverage.
• Maintain ongoing communication to ensure client satisfaction and high-quality service.
• Schedule caregivers and companions to ensure adequate coverage and timely service delivery.
