Caring Angels Home Care seeks a Scheduling Coordinator for our Woodside office. This in-person role coordinates home care solutions, maintains ongoing communication with referrals, families, clients and healthcare providers, and plans caregiver coverage to ensure high-quality service.

Requirements include 1+ year of home care coordination experience and the ability to work Monday through Friday on an 8-hour shift. Spanish is required; health insurance and PTO are offered.

• 1+ years of home care coordination experience.

Responsabilités

• Execute and support each client's home care solution.
• Maintain ongoing communication and coordination with referral sources, family members, client, healthcare providers and intake sources.
• Plan for home healthcare service coverage from caregivers and companions.
• Ensure patient/family are satisfied and receiving excellent customer service.
