Responsibilities include following physician care plans, monitoring vitals, recording charts, and offering caregiver relief. Active MO nursing license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Active MO nursing license is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• No pediatric or home care experience required.

Responsabilités

• 1 on 1 patient care.
• Provide nursing care according to the physician's care plan.
• Monitor patient condition and document charts.
• Assist patient with daily activities.
• Take and record vitals.
• Provide caregiver relief.
