You will monitor vitals, document charts, assist with daily activities, and ensure quality home care. Active IL nursing license and CPR certification are required; pediatric/home-care experience is not necessary.

Qualifications

• Active IL nursing license.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• 1 on 1 Patient Care.
• Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
• Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.
• Assist patient in daily activities.
• Take and record vitals.
• Provide caregiver relief.
