Care Planning Institute in Malta, MT is seeking an RN Assessor to perform in-home assessments of elderly clients within a 0–2 hour drive of Malta. The position pays $50/hour per diem, with travel time and client time compensated. Flexible schedule; hours between 8am and 8pm, Monday through Sunday; weekends are acceptable.

Candidates must hold an active Montana RN license. A background check is required. TB skin test is needed if not within the last year; CVS Minute Clinic reimbursement of $75

Job description

We are a home care agency that has been in business since 2007 and in need of an RN Assessor to perform in-home assessments of elderly clients in the Malta, MT and surrounding areas (clients located within a 0-2 hour drive of Malta, MT). $50/hour Per Diem. Paid drive time and time spent with the client conducting the in-home assessment. NOTE: Must hold an Active Valid Montana RN License - NO EXCEPTIONS.

The assessment consists of talking to the client in person at their home - and asking a few questions about their non medical care needs (i.e. Bathing, dressing, grooming, light house cleaning, etc.)

The assessments take 30 minutes; travel time is paid from the person's home and back at $50/hour. Flexible schedule. Can work anytime from 8am to 8pm Monday through Sunday. Weekends only is acceptable. Great part time job for extra money on the side of your regular job. Flexible hours. We will perform a background check. Job starts soon.

Must get a TB (Tuberculosis) skin test if not had one in last 12 months. You can do this at CVS Minute Clinics. Schedule appt. online at your local CVS. Cost is $75. We reimburse the $75 on the first paycheck - if you keep the receipt: www.minuteclinic.com
