Job summary

Liberty Home Care is seeking an experienced Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina. The RN will actively participate in interdisciplinary care planning and deliver nursing services per the plan of care established by the Patient Care Coordinator.

Requirements include RN licensure in the state, at least one year of clinical nursing experience (home health preferred), strong documentation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of nursing education from an approved school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the state where the branch is located.
• At least one year of clinical nursing experience in an acute or long-term setting; home health experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of fundamental medical-surgical nursing principles and practice.
• Excellent clinical nursing skills.
• Knowledge of accepted standards of medical record keeping.
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
• Computer literacy and ability to use various computer applications.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and reasoning skills for patient care planning.
