Caring Angels Home Care, LLC is seeking a dynamic Physical Therapist to provide home-based geriatric (and some pediatric) care in Dutchess County, NY. The role offers a starting salary of $125,000 with optional chauffeur service and a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and a 401(k) after 3 months.

Independent contractor sessions are available at $100 per 30-minute block. Weekend coverage is by family approval.

Qualificações

• Successful completion of a physical therapy program approved by APTA or CMA/AHA councils.
• Licensed in New York State as a Physical Therapist.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, plan, implement, treat and document patient status for home care patients.

Formação académica

New York State Physical Therapy License

PT degree from an approved program
