Job description

Client is male, lives with his wife. We will provide care 5 days a week for 4 hours. Client is semi-independent with personal care. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day.

• Monitor patient health by observing vital signs, changes in condition, and overall well-being
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal consumption when necessary
