Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes across Missouri. As a Caregiver, you will provide personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, and companionship, helping maintain independence and dignity for those in need.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least six months of care experience with elderly or disabled.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform transfers.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments.
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment.
