A senior care service provider is seeking Care Professionals in Brainerd to bring joy to seniors in the community. This role offers a flexible schedule with training provided for those without experience. Responsibilities include companionship, light housekeeping, and personal care assistance. Candidates must be 21 or older, possess a reliable vehicle, and pass a criminal background check. The position comes with benefits such as 401(k) matching and paid training.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older.
• Must have a dependable car, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
• Complete a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to seniors.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Help with appointments, errands, and shopping.
• Offer personal care and medication reminders.
• Support seniors with Alzheimer’s and dementia care.

We offer care in: Crow Wing, Cass, Mille Lacs, Morrison, Todd, Wadena, and parts of Aitkin and Mille Lacs counties. We offer a variety of shifts 4, 6, 8, or 10 hour shifts- you choose!

Home Instead provides services that allow seniors to remain safe and independent in their home. Our Care Professionals work close to home and represent a lifeline for families in your community.
