This role offers a salary range of $79,880.00 to $136,340.00 per year, based on skills and experience. Your actual pay will be discussed with your recruiter.

Job Description

Evaluates and treats patients with disabilities, injuries, and/or diseases using physical, chemical, and mechanical means, in accordance with prescriptions from licensed physicians or authorized practitioners. Maintains complete medical records for each patient.

Responsibilities
  • Administers direct patient care based on physician prescriptions.
  • Uses evaluation techniques efficiently and thoroughly.
  • Designs treatment programs to meet established goals.
  • Observes patient responses and modifies treatments as needed.
  • Responds to emergency procedures for patient safety.
  • Documents all activities per department policies.
  • Participates in quality improvement activities.
  • Attends family meetings and collaborates with interdisciplinary staff.
  • Performs related duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent experience.
  • Valid Physical Therapist license in New York State.
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience.
