Elara Caring is hiring a Caregiver Personal Care Aide to make a meaningful impact at home. Starting pay is $13.50 per hour with daily pay options and opportunities for training and growth.

You will assist clients with bathing, mobility, meals, housekeeping, and companionship, while prioritizing safety and dignity in every visit. Excellent communication and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience providing care to elderly or disabled preferred (professional or personal).
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Ability to lift, stand, and assist clients up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments (when applicable).
• Promote a safe, comfortable and respectful environment for each client.
