BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an Associate Director to lead our Fayetteville, NC Habilitation office. You will drive growth, manage operations, and mentor a compassionate team to uphold BAYADA's standards of excellence in home health care.

The role emphasizes leadership, community networking, and strategic oversight to deliver reliable, high-quality services to clients and families in the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of verifiable supervisory or management experience in a health care industry or with the developmental disabilities population.
• Experience with I/DD population.
• Strong business acumen and financial awareness.
• Background in marketing and recruiting.
• Knowledge of NC Innovations waivers and 1915(i) waivers.
• Demonstrated PC and communication skills, especially in networking with the community.

Qualifications for an Associate Director:

• Four-year college degree required
• Qualified Professional Required
• Minimum two years of verifiable supervisory or management experience in a health care industry or with the developmental disabilities population.
• Experience with I/DD population
• Proven ability to organize, manage and grow an office and its staff
• Background in marketing and recruiting
• Knowledge of NC Innovations waivers and 1915(i) waivers
• Strong business acumen
• Demonstrated PC and communication skills, especially in regard to networking with the community and representing our organization to various groups and agencies
