Visiting Angels is seeking a Support Professional to help lead caregivers and support clients. The role blends caregiver training, office support, and hands-on client care in a home setting.

You will coach and onboard caregivers, contribute to care plans, resolve concerns, and assist with documentation while maintaining compassionate, professional service.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old as required for the role.
• Caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Dependable, organized and able to work independently.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Compassionate and professional attitude.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and meet health/training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support, coach, and train Angel Caregivers.
• Assist with client care plans and caregiver training.
• Help resolve caregiver and client concerns.
• Onboard and orient new caregivers.
• Provide in-home client care as needed (personal care, meals, reminders, light tasks, transportation, companionship).
• Complete required documentation.
• Communicate with caregivers, clients, families, and the Support Team.
• Assist Care Coordinators as needed.
• Participate in evening and weekend on-call rotation as directed.
• Assist with general office and team needs.

What You’ll Do

• Support, coach, and train Angel Caregivers
• Assist with client Care Plans and caregiver training
• Help resolve caregiver and client concerns
• Help onboard and orient new caregivers
• Provide in‑home client care as needed by assisting clients with personal care, meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, companionship, and mobility
• Complete required documentation
• Communicate with caregivers, clients, families, and the Support Team
• Assist Care Coordinators as needed
• Participate in evening and weekend on‑call rotation as directed
• Assist with general office and team needs

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• At least 18 years old
• Caregiving or home care experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
