Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Minimum two years in business operations, clinical health care, or related field.
• Minimum one year in a leadership role with/without direct reports.
• Minimum one year of customer or member/patient service experience.
• Basic Life Support required at hire
• Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire

Responsibilities

• Recommends developmental opportunities for others; mentors and coaches to drive performance improvement.
• Supervises and coordinates daily activities of a team; ensures policies and procedures are followed.
• Oversees care at home operations; manages budget, payroll, and compliance readiness.
