• Experience with seniors a plus but not required
• Must represent the agency with the highest professionalism
• Ability to interact well with a wide variety of people

Responsibilities

• Perform non-medical comprehensive assessments
• Develop an individualized plan of care for each client with client input
• Oversee non-medical client care
• Conduct client reassessments and follow up visits
• Provide training, delegation, supervision, performance oversight and support to our staff of CHHAs
