Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse – RN to join our private duty nursing team. You will provide in-home clinical care to pediatric and adult patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding outcomes.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, or PRN), 24/7 local support, and career growth opportunities. A state RN license and CPR certification are required, with compliance for Medicare/Medicaid standards.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component required.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients as part of Aveanna’s private duty nursing team.
• Collaborate with clinicians to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
• Coordinate care and documentation using the tablet provided in patient homes.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
  • Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
