Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Florida is hiring LPNs to provide compassionate, in-home nursing care across Lakeland, Plant City, Winter Haven, Auburndale, Haines City, and Davenport. Flexible FT, PT, and PRN shifts available.

Many clients require advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management; training is provided. This role offers paid training, a range of benefits, and potential for long-term assignments near your home.

Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license and graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• Current CPR Card.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home nursing care.
• Follow physician orders and care plans.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety and document care in charting.

Currently hiring for pediatric and adult care cases in Lakeland, Plant city, Winter Haven, Auburndale, Haines City, and Davenport. With FT, PT and PRN hours available.

Currently have a high priority case in Lakeland looking for a reliable, experienced pediatric nurse for ongoing day shifts, previous trach/vent experience preferred but not required. Client is a happy and energetic 4-year-old with a trach and vent. His parents are in need of a nurse that is interested in working with him long-term for at least two shifts each week. Most trach care is provided by parents until they are comfortable with your trach skills, they handle all trach changes. No pets in the home.

Requirements:

• Current valid nursing license and graduation from a qualified nursing program


• Current CPR Card

Available LPN Shifts:

• 8-, 10- or 12-hour shifts


• 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift


• PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time


• No weekend or minimum requirements
